All Canadian shipments are despatched from our UK fulfilment centre. Shipped by either international tracked airmail or DHL Courier.
Most deliveries are completed within the following lead-times, with occasions exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Airmail expected delivery time: 5 - 20 working days
- DHL expected delivery time: 2 - 7 working days
Once a package has been despatched, the tracking should update within 24 hours advising the delivery progress.
